This Days inn is Very nice and convenient. Next to Super K-Mart (24 Hours). Excellent return on your spending. Perfect Airport location for Park-Sleep & Flay package deals.
Beautiful top of the hill location
The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Easy access to ice and vending machines.
The hotel was being remodeled, and we were unaware at booking that this was the case. I'm sure once it's done it will be an even better place to stay, but I wouldn't have paid as much as I did for a hotel being remodeled.
Convience of getting to the airport
clean room and excellent breakfast choices. spotless eating area
The best of all is tha is very close to the airport and I can use it whenever I have an early fly to somwhere.
If you don't have a car, it's not very good to stay at this hotel. It's far from downtown Pittsburgh, and isn't served by any public transport line.
I liked that the morning clerk made up for the night clerks rudeness and disrespect.
The lady that checked us in was rude and then couldn't remember if we paid and called the room after midnight to ask. I couldn't believe it was she on something is all I thought.
Found public hair on toilet bowl.
Dirty carpet. Requested new room at check in. Pool closed until 10:30 am and asked to open it. Very cold water. Treadmill didn't work. Towels smelled and hair on blanket. Long black hair!!! Asked for new blanket Windows leaked when it rained. Dryer on the floor didn't work and lost money trying to use it. Cleaner cleaning pool while using it and strong fumes from cleaning products. Too much chlorine in pool. Refrigerator froze our drinks. No orange juice. Had to ask for more orange juice. Leaking ceilings!!!!Think I need some kind of reimbursement.
The staff spoke.terrible English and we're very rude .I would NEVER STAY there again.I offered them extra for a cot bed when it was there mistake .No apologies, no where to sleep
Parking lot not large enough for all of the rooms if at full capacity
Quiet location, but not much around other than one restaraunt.
For starters, when we arrived, the girl in front of us wanted to pay partial card and her balance in cash. Girl at front counter ran the whole thing on card, and didnt apologize. Said to her, "Dont worry about it, it went through." When we got to our room (#324) the room was extrememly small and cramped. The bed was a double bed. I had chosen this room as it was to be more spacious with a Queen bed. The front desk staff argued with me and told me that it was what they considered a queen size. The continental breakfast had only yogurt and apples for "real food". There were a couple of assorted breads. Frozen eggs in celaphane to heat, and cups of batter for waffles. Nothing great, but not a deal breaker. Ceiling in hallway for elevators had a huge leak pouring into the entry way.
Easy check in, just needed a bed to sleep in, too bad I didn't get much sleep.
The curtains were thin so the streetlamps shined in all night as well as the bright lights from the hall shined around the door between the door and the frame, essentially keeping the room lit all night. Housekeeping knocked 2 hours before check out while I was asleep and there was a loud couple physically fighting and yelling across the hall. Got out to breakfast and it had ended a few minutes before at 9, but that was on me for assuming 10 am like other places.
the room was clean and friendly staff
upon arrival refrigerator was non functional and toilet was stopped up although they sent someone right away to fix it bit of a pain for the interruption and inconvenience of not having cold beverages I would have expected them to turn on the refrigerator before we got there but maybe I'm too picky
Breakfast area is to small and not set up well
